All of our products are anodised to order. Our standard dispatch time is 5 working days from receipt of payment.
If you require your items sooner please contact us directly and we will endeavour to help (our working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays).

Any special order items or goods ordered by Carrick UK Engineering Ltd on the customer’s behalf that are non-stock items or of a quantity over normal stock levels are non-returnable and do not qualify for a refund unless previously arranged.
Special order cancellations will incur a surcharge to cover the costs incurred to Carrick UK Engineering Ltd.
All return items must be received by us in good unused condition. Goods returned damaged or incomplete or without original packaging may be subject to a charge covering material costs and or any missing parts or components.
Any goods returned to us* that have been fitted or used will not be accepted.
You* may return goods in new and unused condition and where possible in the original packaging within 14 days of the original order. Buyer pays return postage costs.
If you* have been sent a non-working item or it’s broken or just incorrect please call us* on 01326 369464 to arrange a return.
If you wish to cancel an order please inform us* within 24 hours by email, If goods have already been dispatched you*may still be charged the carriage charge plus and additional charges relating to the return of the goods in order to receive your refund.
Once you have notified us* of a cancellation then any sums paid will be reimbursed within 28 days (not including costs incurred for the recovering of costs from you)
If you* do cancel an order or need to return items to us* you* are under a duty (until the goods are collected or returned to us) to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. If goods are not returned in “as new” condition a restocking or refurbishment cost may be incurred by you*.
It is the customer’s responsibility to remove or dismantle any faulty goods from their vehicle before returning them to us*.
